Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel the booking 24 hours prior to the time of journey, without any cancellation charges for all services. In case cancellation or shorting of the trip is requested within 24 hours of the pick-up time, then following rules will apply:
1. Free cancellation within 30 minutes of booking
2. 20% penalty on booking amount for cancellation between 0-24 hours before pick-up time
